RAB Racing asking fans for sponsorship

AMP Energy, sponsor of Dale Earnhardt Jr., began a program a few years ago that allowed fans to have their names on Earnhardt Jr.'s car for one race each season. Nationwide Series veteran driver Kenny Wallace took the idea a step further last season with his "fan car." In an effort to raise funds to help his Jay Robinson Racing team enter a race it didn't have sponsorship for in 2009, Wallace reached out to his fans, asking them do donate money in exchange their names on the race car.

RAB Racing announced on Tuesday that it has a similar program going for the April 3 race at Nashville Superspeedway. Five levels of sponsorship are available to fans to "sponsor" RAB's Nationwide Series driver Scott Riggs in RAB's No. 09 Ford for the event.
