NASCAR driver Kyle Busch and his longtime girlfriend, Samantha Sarcinella, became engaged last night while amidst the busyness at Daytona Speedweeks.
Sarcinella took to her Twitter account, created just last night, to announce the happy news.
@SamSarcinella: I am very excited to announce that Kyle and I got engaged last night!!
The two met in Indianapolis in 2007, where Sarcinella was an undergrad at Purdue studying psychology. She is now seen at track on race days since graduating.
Busch's announcement came shortly after fellow driver Jeff Gordon announced he and his wife, Ingrid, are expecting their second child.
